A historic home located&nbsp;in the heart of beautiful Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site, it is surrounded by giant oaks, vibrant greenery, and years of&nbsp;history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#887f6f\" class=\"has-text-color\">Legare Waring House is an outdoor venue, but weddings also have access to the house. Our second floor is exclusively bridal suites for the girls to get ready, while we also offer a groom\u2019s quarters on the opposite side of the house for the guys to get ready and hang out!&nbsp; Our outdoor venue holds about 200 people and has different ceremony location options. Our weddings here last 5 hours, starting after the park closes to the public and must end by 11pm. All guests must exit the park afterwards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#887f6f\" class=\"has-text-color\">We do require a wedding planner at our venue to help make sure everything runs smoothly, and you can relax and enjoy your big day. With a blend of&nbsp;concrete, wood, and glass elements, it is easy to see why this venue&nbsp;is such a popular choice, and the blank space gives you leeway to really make it your own for the day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#887f6f\" class=\"has-text-color\">With this venue, we do provide use of our tables and chairs, saving you the hassle of renting them out. Founders Hall has a lounge that is used as our bridal suite that comes with a private bathroom and courtyard, as well as a refrigerator, TV, and wet bar. Our venue holds 235 seated. Our weddings here last 5 hours, but must end by 11pm.
